Passed away February 13, 2020 at the age of 78. Predeceased by her significant other, Louis Cole. Survived by her children, Misty (Keith) Frank & LeeAnn Townsend; grandchildren, Kaylie Frank, Jordan Frank, CJ (Krissa) Frank; siblings, Shirley (Dennis) VanGee, Stephen (Sarah) Breemes; nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call WEDNESDAY, February 19, from 1-3PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Rd S). Sandra's Prayer Service will be held at 3PM at the funeral home. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Patrick Place.
