John M. Hayes “Jack”

 

Rochester - Forever known to his friends & family as "Jack" passed away surrounded with his Loving Wife, Sandra of 50 years & 4 Children, Leann (Michael) Fellows, Lisa (John) Desmore, Linda (David) Stollery & Jason Hayes on Saturday April 25th at the young age of 67.

 

He is additionally survived by his Brothers, Jim (Margaret) Hayes, Jerry (Michele Mccleoud) Hayes, Jeff (Debra) Hayes.  He was predeceased by his parents, Stewart & Berniece Hayes; Sisters, Lynne Mckendrick, & Laurie Burdick.

 

Jack was a loving & caring father, grandfather of 9, great grandfather of 5 & Uncle to several Nieces & Nephews whom he adored. Jack was a legendary man whose wisdom & influence has impacted the lives of many.

 

A burial service will be held privately at Maplewood Cemetery, Middle Road, Henrietta.   

 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
