Obituary of Joan L. Whittenberg

Joan [Linhos] Whittenberg, passed away on April 26, 2020 at age 86.

She is survived by her sons: Mark (Jennifer Green) Whittenberg of Syracuse, NY and Todd Whittenberg of Thomsonville, MI; brother, Bruce (Carol) Linhos of Lawrence, KS; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Joan taught nursing at the University of Rochester. Robert Wesleyan College and Monroe Community College. She worked for Henrietta Volunteer Ambulance, was a recipient of the Antoinette Brown Blackwall Award and was active in the Girl Scouts.

Memorial calling hours and service will be held at a later date at Christ Episcopal Church in Pittsford.
