I met Bill at Heather heights where both he and my parents lived for some time.He noticed my U.S.Navy hat so as a couple of former sailors we naturally were drawn to each other and swapped some sea stories.I believe that he was on a ship off of Okinawa at the same time that my dad was ashore fighting with the sixth marine division.Bill was a very interesting man whom I wish that i`d met earlier in both of our lives.May he rest in in peace.
