Our family has known Bill Allen for over 38 years. There are so many words that pop into my head when I reflect on Bill, but at the top of the list are dedicated, kind, dependable, and witty. To us, Bill was our neighbor, our personal banker, a fellow Henrietta Republican team member, and, most of all, a friend. I picture him in the backyard mowing the grass in his shorts, t-shirt and boots (fashionista that he was), or I picture him cutting through the backyard or coming up the driveway to visit or drop something off; always with a smile on his face, a twinkle in his eye, and a witty comment on his lips. A dedicated family man (so proud of his wife, his daughters and those beautiful grandchildren). Being involved with politics, I can tell you this about Bill. He always supported the "team" effort, he never was negative or divisive, and you could ALWAYS depend on him. Dear dear man, you will indeed be missed. Hope Riley was there to greet you when you crossed those pearly gates.

My sincerest condolences to Bill's family. I had the pleasure of serving him and his credit union at Empire Corporate and Members United Corporates. Bill was always a pleasure to work with and we would joke that I knew him by his voice and would know his credit union's account number by memory. He was a wonderful individual and now he is a wonderful angel. May he watch over your family knowing that he will always be in your hearts.

We are honored to be considered family to the Allens! Such wonderful friends to my parents (and us) over many years! And, oh the stories they shared from their adventures at the Lake and, of course, Sorge's Restaurant! Bill, you will be missed by many! Keeping all of you in our hearts and prayers.
