Obituary of Mildred Ann Frank

Mildred A. Frank passed away on June 1, 2020 at age 86.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph Billy and her second husband, Robert Frank. Survived by her children: Michael (Diane) Billy, Matthew (Teena) Billy and Joann (David) Ihrig; step-children: Sharron Almeida, Sheila Quinn, and Rick Frank; grandchildren: Michelle, Joseph, Caitie and Tyler; step-grandchildren: Lauryn, Jaclyn, Courtney, Janet and Robbie; great-grandchild, Anna; siblings: Vince, Bill, Mary Bunyak, Sr. Georgine, Marcella Love, Delores Zelenky, and Fred, brother-in-law, James Billy.

Mildred was born in Philipsburg, PA to Martin and Susan Luther. She graduated from Osceola Mills High School and received her RN degree from Philipsburg School of Nursing. Mildred and Joseph moved to Rochester in 1963. She was an RN on the Maternity Floor of Genesee Hospital for over 20 years. Her favorite times were family gatherings when her loved ones were all together. She participated in church activities and the Red Hats. She was an avid gardener, loved to cook, enjoyed working with ceramics, reading the newspaper, going shopping, playing with her grand-children, and watching her grand-children at sporting events and concerts. Mildred had a love for football! Go Penn State!

A Graveside Service will be held privately at Maplewood Cemetery.

Donations in Mildred's name may be made to Crest Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center in her memory.
