Obituary of Carol A. Winters

Passed away peacefully on June 3, 2020 at the age of 78.

Carol was born in Hornell, NY to the late George and Mary Daniels. She is also predeceased by her sister, Connie Quanz. She is survived by her loving children, Jack Winters, Dan Winters, and Lisa (Brad) Sponsel; grandchildren, Mike, Arianna, Allison, Nate, Jacob, and Adam.

Carol was an Educational Tour Guide who enjoyed taking students to places like Washington D.C, NYC, Boston and Whale Watching. She also worked at Unisys. In her free time she was involved in the PTA and also as a member of the Irondequoit Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed genealogy, traveling, and her arts and crafts. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as having fun with her friends. For the last 9 years she lived at the Linden Knoll Senior Home.

Due to current circumstances services and interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
