A loving father and Papa passed away on September 19, 2020. Predeceased by his wife, RoseAnne (Langan); parents, Ferdinand & Isabelle (Blowers); sister, Shirley Lang Patrick. Survived by his daughters, Colleen (Robert) Brown, Marie (Michael) Page & Lisa (Keith) Zimmerman; grandchildren, Shannon & Sean Brown, Drew & Colin Page and Ryan & Isabelle Zimmerman; brother, Robert Lang; brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Retired Chief Medical Examiner Investigator for the Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office. Bill was admired and respected by all who knew and worked for him.

Bill's Funeral Mass will be held, SATURDAY, 10 AM at St. Marianne Cope Parish at Guardian Angels (2061 E. Henrietta Rd. VIEW MAP). Interment Brininstool Cemetery.
