Survived by her daughter Kinley Palmer; grandson, James; sister Lissa Schaefer; nieces, Jaime & Carrie Schaefer all of Rochester; brother & sister-in-law, Richard (Linda) Bagby; niece Christine (Ronald) Sadowski; nephews, James & Robert (Carrie) Bagby all of Virginia Beach; great nieces & nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
