On February 15, 2011 at age 92. Predeceased by his wife of 71 years, Welda and grandson, Robert Owens. Survived by his daughters, Beverly (Alan) Reitz and Sandra Niggli; grandchildren John (Barb) Owens, Barbara Niggli, Brian Niggli; great grandchildren, Charlene Melvin, Megan Owens, Stephanie Niggli, Amanda Niggli; sister, Dorothy Henderson; brother, Kenneth (Mary Ann) Henderson; many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
