Obituary of Romme Williamson

Romme was born on November 17, 1923 in Kansas City MO the third of five children. Romme and his family migrated to Rochester when he was a young man of 17 and has remained here in Rochester. Romme was a devout Baptist and was a member of the Shiloh Church of God and Christ here in Rochester New York. Romme never married and is predeceased of all his brothers and sisters. He finally settled down at Monroe Community Hospital and made it his home. As he had no living family, the staff at Monroe Community Hospital on Hope 2 became his "immediate" family. Romme was a kind and gentle man who always had a song in his heart and a favorite song "Stardust gets in my Eyes" and would sing to anyone who would listen.
