Obituary of John David Hellems

John David Hellems Passed away on March 16, 2011 at age 76. He was predeceased by his mother, Joan Galvin. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Dolores (Piehler) Hellems; children, David (Mary Ann) Hellems, Anne (Chuck) Russell, Marc (Tracey) Hellems; grandchildren, Jesse, Dylan, Shane & Breanna Hellems, Kaitlin & Ryder Russell, Sarah Hellems; several nieces, nephews and many friends. John was a retired Vice-President of Genesee Hospital after over 30 years of service and was a former member of the Rochester Amateur Radio Association. Family and friends are invited to call FRIDAY (Today) 2-7 PM at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc., 3325 Winton Road South. John’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on SATURDAY at 10 AM at the Church of the Transfiguration, 50 West Bloomfield Road, Pittsford. (Click for a Map to the Church) Interment private.
