Ernie's family & friends are in my prayers. I just found out yesterday day that he had passed away.
Ernie has been the maintenance man here at Oakwood Manor since I moved in years ago. Ernie always took care of everything & he was such a nice, nice man. A wonderful soul. We will all miss him very, very much. I can't say enough good things about him. He was just plain good people.
Blessings, /Diane

This news came as an utter shock to me. Ernie, you were a great and honest man. You were one of the very first people I met when I came here to Fairport. You had a warmth and personality of a giant. You are with God and I bet paradise is wonderful! To your family I offer my most sincere condolences. The sad truth is that you are gone. However, your presence is still here in Oakwood. I mean, I cant think of a time you were not doing something to make this place better. No one can fill the shoes you have left behind. You were a friend, a great part of the Oakwood family. Now your a true legend here. May you rest in peace. I will forever miss you Ernie.

Dear Ernie, I may never have told you this in person, but I hope through the interactions that we shared throughout our lives that you know the appreciation and love I had for you. You treated and took care of my grandmother with love and compassion, you treated my father and his brothers as if they were your own, you treated me as if we were great friends and if I was truly your grandson. To all of this, I dearly with all my heart, thank you!!! You truly were a great man!

Wazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzup! Ernie, I think you already know this, but I want to let you know again. You personify what a Wonderful Person is. You are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, positive person. What sets you apart in my opinion is that I can honestly say that I DID enjoy every moment that we shared. You are the co-worker and friend that anyone would be lucky to have in their life. You the Man!
