Obituary of Robert F. Tracy

Bob Tracy went home to be with his Savior Christ Jesus on April 6, 2011 after a full and blessed life. Here to cherish memories are his first wife and mother of his six children, Virginia Dean Tracy. His daughter, Kimm Fisher (Torrence) and sons; Kirk (Carolann), Kris, Karl (Lauren), Kreg and Kyle Tracy; also two grandsons, Joseph R. and Kaiten Tracy. Born Oct. 26, 1928 to Joseph and Jean Collier Tracy of Rochester, Bob, grew up, attended school, worked and raised his family here, before moving to Williamsburg, VA after retirement, and then coming full circle back to Rush, NY last year. A WWII veteran of the Naval Forces, Bob remained active in the American Legion and Civil Defense. He was a patriotic citizen and an advocate for the ASPCA and had a heart to help wherever his many interests were. Bob's love for horses at an early age on the farm in Sodus stayed with him throughout his entire life. He enjoyed being outdoors hunting, fishing, camping and gardening. He is remembered for his light heartedness, faithful to his spiritual beliefs and prayer. "Amen to that."
