Obituary of Elizabeth C. Duffy

Elizabeth C. Duffy, age 89, July 31, 2009 at Monroe Community Hospital, Rochester, NY after a lengthy illness. Longtime resident of Plattsburgh, NY who moved to Rochester in 2006 to be with family. Predeceased by her parents Mr & Mrs. E.J. Duffy, sister, Ruth (Everard) Bancroft, brothers, Harold (Frances), John "Jack", Francis (Elyse) and Robert (Blanche) Duffy. Survived by her sisters, Patricia (Joseph) Consolmagno of Englewood, FL and Jean (John) Trombly of Henrietta, NY as well as many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was a proud graduate of St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY and cared for family members and patients as an R.N. for over 40 years.
