Obituary of Malcolm John McKinnon

Malcolm John McKinnon, age 89, of Rush died Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Highland Hospital, Rochester, NY. Mr. McKinnon was born July 28, 1920 in Brantford, Ontario Canada the son of the late John A. and the late Joan G (Mitten) McKinnon. Malcolm served in the US Navy from 1944 to 1946 during World War II., was also a member of the Rush Fire Department and the Stevens-Connors American Legion Post. Besides his parents he is predeceased by his sister, Joan Margaret Blanc. He is survived by his wife: Helen(Melvin) McKinnon, sister in-law Lee Melvin, several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and many friends. Friends may call Sunday August 9, 2009 at the Funeral Home of Henry D. Halloran Son, Inc., 5781 West Henrietta Road where the funeral service will be held Monday August 10, 2009.
