Obituary of George J McGrath

George J. "Cy" McGrath, age 91, of Rush died Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the Jewish Home Of Rochester, Brighton, NY. Mr. McGrath was born July 19, 1918 in Rochester, NY the son of the late Clarence and the late Helen (Henderschot) McGrath. He served in the US Army from 1941 to 1945 during World War II and retired from Rochester Telephone Co. as a Foreman. He is predeceased by his wife Monica (Dunlay). He is survived by his daughters Suzy (Jonathan Ladd) Jansen and Colleen McGrath. Grandchildren, Tim & Jim who were so special to Cy they were the light of his life. Brother William McGrath, sister Helen (James) Gibaud, nieces and nephews. Service and interment private.
