Obituary of Gerald Harvey

Gerald Harvey, age 87, of Rush died suddenly Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. Mr. Harvey was born February 7, 1922 in Deseronto, Ontario Canada the son of the late Francis and the late Lena R. (Kimmerly) Harvey. He married Jeanne T. Soeder November 30, 1946. He served in the US Army from 1941 to 1945 during World War II under General Patton earning 5 Bronze Service Stars. He is survived by his wife of 62 years: Jeanne(Soeder) Harvey, children: Terry C. (Roxanna) Harvey, Laureen A. McGuire, Allen C. (Margaret) Harvey, Gordon D. (Christine) Harvey and Janine M. Flaherty. 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren Calling hours will be Friday from 12-2 at Henry D. Halloran Son, Inc. Funeral Home, 5781 West Henrietta Road.
