We will always remember our families did several camping trips together. The girls and Kyle did the slip and slide in only their shorts. Many picnics at each others homes, and of course the snow mobile rides around and around the house in Henrietta. Our thoughts are with you. Love, Linda, Dara & Anna

The first thing I think of when I think of Kyle was his smile and how loving he was. He and my son Billy were very close friends. Kyle was like another part of our family. Whenever he came over the first to be spoken to was our dogs. Then he would seek out each and everyone of us no matter where we were in the house and asked how we were doing. He would say "How are you mamma" He had a zest for life, was adventureous and was very much loved here. He was very respectful and a very good friend. From the service it appeared that his friends may not have been well known by his family. My son told me that some friends would be meeting at our house and we all would go together to the service. I expected "some". What happened was a testiment of how well loved he was by his friends. There had to be at least 15 cars and over 30 friends at my house. My son has had a terrible time with the loss of his friend Kyle. He had just went to the movies days before with him. I know other friends have had a very hard time also, not understanding, not knowing. It is a sad thing that we have lost Kyle, but I know that he is in a better place. I believe that God has wrapped his arms around him and he is happy. Kyle, I loved you.

To Kyle's family: Please know that my heart goes out to you....with love, with deep sadness, and compassion, at the loss of your son Kyle. Losing a child is truly the most devastating thing one can have happen in this life.....and sadly I know this to be true, because I too lost my son at the age of 23, last March. Words cannot express the sorrow you are feeling now....I am hoping that knowing that there is someone here who is thinking of you, and truly understands your grief, will bring you perhaps a tiny measure of comfort. Please accept the most sincere and loving condolences...... Stephany Perkis (I am Mike Perkis' ex-wife ...our son, Ryan, died last March......I only met you once, Steve, a few months ago. I am so very sorry, and my heart is grieving for you and your family)

What I remember the most was how much Kyle loved his sisters, Kyra and Kayla. Of course, you could not have met Kyle without remembering his quick smile and twinkling eyes; he made you smile just looking at him.

I dont think there has ever been a dull moment when i was with kyle tenny. from the parties to the fishing trips, from football games to just hanging and watching movies. We always had a good time. One time that i remember the most is when kyle, shannon and i stupidly got into a car with someone we barely knew. this guy drove us down behind a construction sight and started freaking out. we had to have only been about 16 yrs old. we were so scared!! We were all in the back seat contemplating about what we should do. we were so scared that we starting laughing so hard and the guy started to calm down and eventually drove us home. i guess it was one of those had to be there moments but it was definitley a laugh ur ass off time for whenever we talked about it. i guess what im getting at is the only reason we laughed is because we knew we had eachother and thats all we needed at a time like that. kyle was one of my best friends. he was smart and funny and would never let you win and arguement..lol. he was wonderful with my kids and just all around a great person. I love you kyle. Rest in peace my dear friend.

Kyle was interested in the technical operation of computers. I had him spend a week in my shop and he helped with repairs to customer equipment and also went on service calls with me. He learned quickly and efficiently. We talked in depth about courses that would help him and was planning to attend BOCES. I will miss him.
