Obituary of Stuart R. McSweeney

Stuart R. McSweeney, Jr., age 80, of Henrietta died suddenly Friday, October 16, 2009 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. Mr. McSweeney was born August 20, 1929 in Utica, NY the son of the late Stuart R. and the late Mary E. (Dunn) McSweeney. He served in the Army from 1951 to 1953 during Korean War and attained the rank of Sergeant 1st Class. Besides his parents he is predeceased by his Sister, Marilyn Sams He is survived by his wife: Katherine (Matochik) McSweeney, children: Jeffery (Anne) McSweeney, Jonathan McSweeney and Anna-Lynn (David) Brink. Grandsons: Nicolas, Tyler and Connor. Brother in-law Ted Sams and several nieces and nephews. No prior calling. Stuart's Funeral Mass will be Tuesday October 20, 2009 at 11 AM in the Church of the Good Shepherd, 3318 East Henrietta Road, Henrietta with Father Augustine Chumo officiating. Interment Private.
