Obituary of Raymond J. Lyman

Raymond J. Lyman, age 66, of Brighton died Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NY. Mr. Lyman was born February 23, 1943 in Rochester, NY the son of the late Wallace and the late Helen (Rowell) Lyman. He retired from Rush-Henrietta Central School District as a Head Custodian and was a Veteran of the United States Navy. Predeceased by his Son, Scott Lyman. He is survived by his wife: Barbara Lyman, children: Mark (Vicky) Lyman, Sarah Henderson and Philip (Kathy) Burroughs. Grandchildren, Amanda, Emily Christine, Kaitlyn, Noelle Lyman, Zachary, Emily Kate, Noah Henderson and Calean Burroughs. Ray's family would like to express their appreciation for the care and attention given to him by the staff of the Palliative Care Program at the UofR Medical Center. Ray's Memorial Service will be Saturday at 11:00 AM in Pinnacle Lutheran Church, 250 Pinnacle Road, Rochester with Rev. Homan officiating. Interment private.
