Obituary of Arlene M. Slade

Arlene M. Slade, age 79, of Henrietta died Monday, July 19, 2010 at Monroe Community Hospital, Rochester, NY. Mrs. Slade was born June 13, 1931 in Canandaigua, NY the daughter of the late Harry E. and the late Doris (Tanner) Mosher. She retired from the U of R, Rochester, NY as a Medical Secretary. Mrs. Slade was a life member of Ely-Fagan American Legion Post Auxiliary and was active in the Color Guard for many years. She was predeceased by her husband William J. Slade. She is survived by her children: Jack (Connie) Slade, Joel Slade and Julie (Rick) Lincourt. Grandchildren, Caitlyn, William Slade, Zach, Jared, Ryan Lincourt; great granddaughter, Savannah. Sisters: Phyllis MacBride, Dolores (Art) Finewood and Lillian (Fred) Simpson. Sister in-law, Irene Mosher. Nieces, nephews, her late husband's family and many friends.

Calling hours will be FRIDAY from 4-8 at Henry D. Halloran Son, Inc. Funeral Home, 5781 West Henrietta Road, West Henrietta, NY. Where the funeral will be held Saturday at 10:00 with Dan Jones officiating. Inurnment will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Rush, NY.
