I have many fond memories of my Aunt Rose, but one memory that stands out occurred when I had my appendix removed. Unfortunately I had to stay in the hospital for one week, which was upsetting for a scared 13 year old. I was fortunate to have many visitors though. However, very few people were there as frequently as Aunt Rose. She and her sister, my grandmother Ann, were at the hospital every single day to keep me company. That one week period is just an example of how caring she was during all the weeks of her 85 years. On a much lighter note, I will also miss touching her well-preserved bouffant...and then seeing her get upset, acting like her hair could possibly move a millimeter. :) Love, Jennifer

Stunned by the passing of Mrs. Pelliter. To me, she was always the quintessential "mom". I first met her when I was informed that I would have to take her little daughter to school way back in the 50's. Little boys hate that duty but Mrs. P always helped make it a real adventure despite all the teasing. Those unending moments spent waiting in her kitchen for Rosemary to get ready - and subsequently being late for school. Mrs. P's passing turns a page on that memorable part of my life. My sincerest sympathies to Rosemary and her entire family.
God bless.
