　 Unnecessarily July 11, 2011 Predeceased by his parents, Robert & Beulah and his granddaughter Jordan. Survived by his wife of 48 yrs. Kathleen (Kenyon), children, Kevin (Holly), Jeffery (Teri), Kent (Racheal) and Jackie (Paul) Miller. Grandchildren, Khurstie Blair, Ashley Miller, Daniel Blair, Kate Blair, Kelly Miller, Serina Blair, Delaney Blair, Mason Blair, Nathan Blair and Isabella Blair. Brothers in-law, Hal (Jackie) Kenyon & Doug (Debbie) Kenyon. Sister in-law, Connie (Donald) Conner. Jack was born and raised in Bradford, PA was the founding President of Alpha Phi Omega at R.I.T., a 15 yr member of the Henrietta Planning Board and an Honorary Member of the Genesee Valley Fire Department.
