We have known David since the 80's when he was a practicing SEQ tech. He truly found his calling with teaching as we know many of his past and current students both in EMS and at Finney. He made learning fun! That's a gift. There are no words to ease your pain, but please know there are many out there whose lives David touched.

When David was a boy scout troupe leader he took Rob camping and hiking with the troupe even though he wasn't a boyscout. He also enlisted Rob to play the "victim" for paramedic training. This included a backboard several bandages and "blood" all over.
David took our older son fishing when we were unable to. He was the first person to show our son to bait a hook, cast and reel in a fish. The next year we all went fishing together.
We will sincerely miss camping and fishing with David as well as celebrating Christmas day together, opening presents, putting toys together and simply enjoying his company.
