Obituary of Alice M. McCarney

On September 28, 2011 at age 86. Predeceased by her husband, Paul F. McCarney. Survived by her loving children, Katherine (Mark) Calcagno, Patricia (David) Baird, Stephen (Kathleen) McCarney, Barbara (Allen) Myers; grandchildren, Heather (Geoffrey) Cullen, Martin Calcagno, Joshua Myers, Sara Myers; brother, Lewis Manges. Alice was a graduate of Newark High School. She worked for the University of Rochester. Alice loved spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Socks. She was a member of St. Anne Church. Calling hours will be held SUNDAY, 6-8 PM at Miller Funeral Homes (3325 Winton Rd. S.). Alice's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, MONDAY, 10 AM at St. Anne Church (1600 Mt. Hope Ave). Interment, White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Humane Society at Lollypop Farms.
