Survived by his loving wife, Frances Shay; son, Michael (Katherine) Shay; daughter, Kelly (David) Engert; grandchildren, Emma Shay, Ryan & Jack Engert; many nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM in the Interfaith Chapel at Miller Funeral Homes (3325 Winton Rd. S.) Interment private.
