Obituary of James M. Merriman

After a long and courageous battle with cancer James is finally at rest at age 53. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Merriman; children, Dorina (John) Hayes, Jessica (Michael) Moore, Amy & Mark Giampietro; parents, Thomas (Edna) Merriman, Sr.; grandchildren, Marie, Kathryn, Matthew, John & Lauren Hayes, Isabella James Moore; brothers, Thomas Merriman, Jr., David Merriman & Edward (Teresa) Merriman; many nieces & nephews. James was a loving & devoted son, husband, father & grandfather. He was an avid hunter & fisherman who truly loved all things outdoors. Memorial calling hours will be held TODAY, TUESDAY, 4-8 PM at Miller Funeral Homes (3325 Winton Rd. S.) Memorial services will be celebrated, WEDNESDAY, at 9 AM in the Interfaith Chapel at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center in James' memory.
