Obituary of Agnes K. Dykes-Bovill

On October 16, 2011, at age 94. She is predeceased by her husbands, Alexander Dykes and Arthur Bovill. She is survived by her children, Robert (Maureen) Dykes, William (Sandra) Dykes, Jayne (Terry) Villard; grandchildren, Elizabeth, John and Katie Dykes, Alex and Ty Villard; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Born in Scotland, moved to Toronto and on to Washington, DC where she worked for the British Government during WW II. She eventually moved to NY City where she met her first husband Alexander Dykes. In 1944 they married and moved to Rochester where they made a home and raised a family. She loved her gardening, animals and was devoted to her grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to call at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South) on WEDNESDAY from 4:00 - 7:00 PM.
