Obituary of Frank E. DeSino

On November 27, 2011 at age 90. He is survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Lucy; 2 daughters, Joan (Joseph, deceased) Schliff and Carol (Peter) McCrossen; granddaughters, Allison (JB) Shields and Danielle McCrossen; sisters-in-law, Mary Finazzo and Antoinette Travaglino; brother-in-law, Salvatore Romano; many nieces and nephews. A beloved husband, father and grandfather, Frank served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of VFW Post 1457. The family wished to express a special message of appreciation to those who cared for their loved one while receiving hospice care. Frank's Mass of Christian Burial will be held, Friday, 10 AM at the Church of the Transfiguration (50 W. Bloomfield Rd.) Entombment will follow at White Haven Memorial Park.
