Obituary of Frances O. Smith

Born March 10, 1921 finally at peace January 9, 2012. Predeceased by her husband of 63 years Donald G., daughter; Rebecca "Becky" and Becky's husband Salvatore Miano, brothers; Myron, Carl, Robert, Jack, Richard & Harold, sisters; Lillian Deutsch, Marion Withrow & Shirley Whitley. Survived by sons; Ronald (Carol), Stephen (Josina), grandchildren; Donald (Betsy) Miano of TX, Shari (Robert) O'Brien, Douglas (Patricia) Smith, Deidra (Daren) Crane, Stacy Smith of NYC and Sarah (Mark Angotti) Smith of VT, 13 great grandchildren, brother; Frank (Anne) Booth, sisters; Martha Wilson & Joan Zornow, many nieces, nephews and friends. Frances was a friend to everyone she met and would do anything at any time to help her family and friends. She will be greatly missed. The family wishes to thank Monroe Community Hospital "Faith 3 East" staff for their 3 dedicated years of exceptional care and sincere compassion. Mom loved all of you. A memorial Service celebrating her life will be held SATURDAY January 28th at 10 AM in All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park.
