He is survived by his wife, Catherine of 65 years; children, Howard (Joanie) Stover, Leona Stover, Robert (Bonnie) Stover, Frank Stover, Charles (Valerie) Stover & Dorothy Baltouch; grandchildren, Bettie, James, Crystal, Charles Jr. & Christina; also by many nieces & nephews.
