We found Ron to be a man of quick wit and humor. He was a people person which meant being around him was a pleasure. Certainly, a man of character and great courage as we know from the last couple years. Our love and sympathies go out to Norene and the entire family. We too, will miss him. Don and Sandy Paessler

I worked and traveled with Ron across New York State for a number of years in the mining business and I remember his great sense of fun but still getting the job done well.Been missing for years the the only real Buffalo Wings I ate at Chattanooga Field Days where he brought the hot sauce and manned the grill on the last day of the event .

Ron and I met at work and had a mutual respect for each other. He had a habbit of talking about his wife and family all the time . . . Ron was proud of his children and loved the grandkids. He will be missed.
