I think of Uncle Corky quite often and will always miss my telephone calls with him to talk Giants football and my golf game........Not only was he my godfather but he was always someone that I would talk to about my problems..I trust he is in heaven and still can keep an eye on me once in a while...I will always have a spot in my heart that will not be filled. Love to Aunt Ginger and all of my cousins.

I was saddened to hear of Gene's passing since I had heard earlier he had a stroke. I got to know Gene quite well when he picked me up at my house in Brighton to go to classes at Osher. We shared many stories and interesting conversation. Gene always had very interesting comments in Osher classes that added much to them, especially my classes in Presidential Leadership and Great Decisions. I send my condolences to the Hayden family since I know I will miss Gene very much as all of you will.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Gene through Osher. He was a wealth of information on many topics. He had great sport stories and guest taught in the sports in America class. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with Gene and all his family.

Mrs. Hayden, Gail, Craig, David & Mark:
I am sorry to hear of Mr. Hayden's passing. I will always remember a witty adage and a genuine love of his children and his sports. His taking us golfing and the patience and love he showed with competing siblings and a game to drive the best of us over the edge. Please know that though he has not been seen recently he is and always will be missed.
