Dear Jim, Heather and Holly,
We are saddened to learn of Sue's passing and remember the happy times we spent together at Mt. Sinai Congregational Church (UCC)--Choir, Emmanuel, trustees, women's fellowship, laughter, etc. The two of you were members for 17 years--19811998. You are in our thoughts.

Sue, You have always been a wonderful friend as has Jim. I will always think of you as a couple. We had many good times playing Handbells in the Mt. Sinai Congregational Church and created the Youth Chime/ Handbell Choir together. You were the musician and I was the helper. The kids, yours and mine, enjoyed that time and I enjoyed that experience as well. I always admired your stitchery, yarn work and enthusiasm for crafting. I have a needlepoint you made years ago that has always meant a lot to me and now it means even more. One more thing. You and Jim absolutely were blessings at a very difficult time when I was moving from my home and my new residence could not be occupied due to an unforeseen situation there. I had a houseful of 'stuff' and had just dropped off my daughter at college. I was an exhausted emotional mess. Another Church Member, Pat Bryant knew of my plight and the Guppy's showed up at my front door. You had moved, pushed, shoved your furniture in your own home to move my things into that space. I will ALWAYS remember that evening and day as God sends blessings to us all the time. You kept my 'stuff' for 6 weeks. I have true gratitude. God Bless and Peace. Love Barbara

Each year when I decorate my Christmas tree, I smile and think of Sue as I hang the many padded and painted Scottie ornaments which she created for me. I know she will be missed but so much of her will live on. 2Trtn

Dear Jim, Heather, Holly & Joe:
It is with great sadness to hear of Sue's passing. She was a wonderful friend to
me over the years. I could always count on her wisdom, her forthrightness, her
humor and most of all her friendship and compassion. I learned many things from
Sue. I shall always remember our years working together at JPF, the fun, the craziness and the success we had.
And too I am always eternally grateful for her support when I moved into my house
in Sound Beach. When I could not, she took things in hand and got me started
on my new life.
Always when I pass Liso Dr. I think of Sue and you Jim. We had many a merry
time there.
My deepest sympathies. Mary

Dear Heather and family,
I'm so sorry for the loss of wonderful women. She had the most welcoming smile and gentle touch. I have a vivid memory of her teaching me a new way to wear my scarf at one of your Christmas parties. She was a patient and kind as she taught me. Please know I'm thinking of you.
Love,
Rachael

Heather and family,
Really sorry to learn of this most vital loss.
Cancer is a cruel and pernicious interloper.
Cancer lacks the ability to destroy her legacy.
To her children, you once shared her heart from the very beginning. Now you will share it in a different way. You are the hosts, you will carry your mother’s heart in your hearts and yo will have to help your father deal with this momentous loss.
Wives, and mothers are in a word irreplaceable..
