Dear Hammerle Family,
I was often uptown as I was very involved in Ind organizations and our family also owned Gatti Pharmacy which was separated by one building, the Book Nook ,thus many times Id stop in to see Jack.
What can I say he was an icon. To the point, extremely generous to his employees and the people he loved, loyal, cared deeply for his town and county.
You always knew what Jack was thinking. He was real.
He loved and was loved by all of us in Indiana PA.
My love , prayers and sympathy to the family.

Please accept our sympathy in the loss of your husband, Aunt Charlene -- and the loss of your dad, Michelle and Jane. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and your families as you go through these difficult days.
We have so many wonderful memories of our "Uncle Jack" -- and the many times we were all together as family.
We know that family was important to him and taking care of family is something that we will always remember about him.
We love you all,
Lee Ann (Hammerle) Waigand and family

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your loved one. Sometimes we may say “John lived a good long life”. However, no matter how long one lives, it is never long enough. Be assured of the keeping of this wonderful promise from God: “ The righteous will possess the earth and live forever on it.” “There IS going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” (Acts 25:15) Imagine awakening to a righteous new world where death has been eliminated. Now this is the way God intended it to be from the start. His original purpose will be fulfilled. Please take heart in these beautiful promises.
