I just happened to come across the notice of Jan's passing. I wanted the family to know how sorry I am to hear. I worked with Jan at Sears, she was always kind and thoughtful to me. I will remember her fondly.

As I was unpacking a box this weekend I found a beautiful globe Jan gave to me when I graduated from college. I searched for her and I was sorry to see she passed. I was lucky enough to work with her at Sears and I thought you should know that although I have been gone from there for over 8 years, she still touched my life and was the type of person who wanted you to have the world and believed that you could. She will live on with me and I will continue to think of her every time I see the globe.
