Obituary of Janet M. Morse

Victor resident, Janet Morse, 80, passed away August 30, 2015 in her home. At her request no service will be held. She will be interred at Boughton Hill Cemetery in a private ceremony. Janet was born to Ruth (Zuefelt) and Ernest Curtis in Rochester, NY. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Morse; husband, Raymond Morse; sister, Donna Perkins, and brothers, Bob and Norris Curtis. She will be greatly missed by her surviving children, Randy (Madeline) Morse, Sherry (Steve) Bradley and Guy (Jill) Morse; brother, Roland (Joyce) Curtis; 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren; sister in law, Delores Curtis as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was a long-time Sears Eastview Mall employee. Starting there when the store opened in 1971, managing the restaurant. She retired from Sears in 1999, but returned to work there part-time. Janet was an avid shopper and liked to share her good finds with family and friends. She often attended events sponsored by the Victor Seniors Group.
