Obituary of Richard D. Tilton

Richard “Rich” Tilton 67 passed away on Friday September 7.  He was preceded by his mother Shirley Tilton, Aunt Bee, and sister Susan Nardone.  Rich is survived by his father Richard Tilton, sister Cheri (Jeff) McPherson, son Tadd Tilton, daughter Kathryn “Lee Ann” (John) Clark, granddaughters Adriana and MaKenna Clark, nephew Brandon (Sabrina) McPherson, and former spouse and good friend Carol Duke .  

Rich was stubborn, refused to follow orders, and raised hell for more than six decades. He enjoyed listening to music and was a kick ass guitar player and singer with the St. James Band.  He loved Chinese food, beautiful women, back yard jamming sessions with friends and family, reading, watching The Three Stooges and being a prankster.       

A celebration of Rich's life will be held at Powder Mills Park, the Rand Lodge on Saturday, October 20, at 1pm.
