Obituary of David M. Bryan

David Michael Bryan, born February 28, 1949 in New Castle, PA. Dave passed away peacefully on January 21, 2019 surrounded in love by his wife, Susan (Taddeo) Bryan at their home in Fort Mill, SC. He is predeceased by his parents Eleanor and Francis Bryan.  Dave was a loving father to his three daughters: Kerry (Matthew) Webster of Chili; Krista VanDusen of Perinton; Courtney (Cameron) Payne of Las Vegas; Grandpa to Mila and Hazel. He is survived by his sister, Kimberly Bryan of Alexandria, extended family and many business friends who were like family.

Dave’s career in food service distribution spanned over 4 decades, positions from warehouse maintenance, delivery driver, marketing, sales, purchasing, branch manager, division president and regional president for John Sexton Co., Rykoff/Sexton, Kraft, Alliant, US Foods and PFG. He retired in 2015. Dave enjoyed playing his many guitars, blues music, dining out, exploring new cities and traveling back to his favorite places, but most of all, spending time with family and friends.

Friends may call at Miller Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. 3325 Winton Road South, on Friday January 25th from 4-7 PM.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 26th at 11:30 AM in the Interfaith Chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (phassociation.org) or American Heart Association (americanheart.org) in his memory.
