Dear Linda, I will always remember the years we spent as best friends at John Marshall...all those typing classes...little did we know how many years we would spend typing, typing, typing. Although our lives became full with our own little families, I would think of you often and refer to you as "my dear friend, Linda". I will miss our occasional dinners and catch-up emails but, most of all, I will miss you, "my dear friend, Linda". Love, Barb

I first met Linda when she and her family moved into a house across from ours on Albemarle Street when we were both young teenagers. She and I became friends especially since we both attended John Marshall High School and shared some similar interests. After high school we didn’t see each other as often except for a time when we both were employed at Kodak so decided to ride into work together. Almost every morning as we drove to Kodak the Beatles’ song “A Long and Winding Road” would play on the radio and so we decided it was our “theme song” for going to work. Even though I haven’t lived in Rochester or seen Linda since 1973, I always think of her when I hear that Beatles’ song. She was such a sweet friend in so many ways.

With our deepest sympathy to my sister and aunt Linda. As painful as it is to leave your love ones behind what a joy to know that you are now living with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ and pain free. Jesus has a precious angel with him by his side. I know you will still be watching over your love ones from heaven. What a joy it must have been for you to see Dad again. May you rest in peace. Love Sister Beverly , John, Therese, Stephen and Anthony.
