So sorry to hear of Barb Normands passing. I had the pleasure of working with Barb on the night shift at the County Jail. I remember many nights chatting with Barb over many subjects. She was one special lady...she will be missed by all. Rest In Peace my friend.

Barbara was a very good friend for many years. I truly enjoyed working with her on 1st Platoon. She was a very special person. I know she will be missed by her family and friends. This was a much better world with her in it. Rest in peace my dear friend.

I worked with Barb during her time with the MCSO. I also was a night owl! I was the duty sgt and during my tours of inspection, 1st at MCJ & later at MCF, I would always look forward to my nightly chat with Barb. We would discuss sick inmates, but mostly it was about family & kids. She was an excellent nurse and an even better person. She loved her family very much and proudly bragged about her kids. I retired in 2004 and I still miss our nightly chats. May she rest in Heavenly peace. Barb, thank you for the honor of having known you. God Bless...
