Pat was always crocheting something beautiful. She must have had a lot of patience to complete such meaningful gifts. We spent time together at our adjacent camps and enjoyed our outings. We would go for rides in their boat or out to dinner. We shared the grandchildren running back and forth between our camps and my other grandchildren were welcomed by Pat as her own. She was always busy making things like venison jerky, raspberry brandy, strawberry pie, to name a few of her specialties. I know she loved living on the river and enjoyed the many beautiful days there every summer. We will miss all your goodness. May God Bless and keep you.

I have a photo of the three 1950-born cousins - Patsy, Dale Heim, Jeff Anderson - all lined up in a row on Grandma’s couch when we were very young. The memory still brings a smile to my heart.
