Obituary of Patricia Mary Walsh
Patricia Mary Walsh was survived by her loving husband Timothy Walsh, her children: Beth A. (Jim) Peppard; Timothy P. (Krissy) Walsh; and her grandchildren: Nathan, Jimmy, Skyler, Brooke, Caiden, and Hannah. She is also survived by her sister Barbara (Gordon) Pierce and extended family with whom she treated as immediate family. She is predeceased by her mother and father; Evelyn and Ferdinand Krausen; and, by her sister Karen (and her husband Robert) Praczkajlo.
A devoted, loving woman who cared deeply about her family, Pat had many hobbies! Pat lived her life to its fullest! She enjoyed hunting, fishing, knitting, crocheting, cooking, and most of all, spending time with family- especially her grandchildren!
She loved going up north to the cabin. It was her favorite place in the world! She would be up there year-round if it were possible!
She loved hunting! Her trophy mounts are proof of that! She was a sharpshooter in every sense of the word! Big bucks watch out! If Pat had you in her cross hairs, you didn’t stand a chance!
Pat enjoyed making people happy through her many delicious recipes! Pumpkin bread. Pancakes. Deer jerky. Strawberry pie. Chocolate-peanut butter candy. Raspberry brandy. Meringue cookies. It’s going to take years to duplicate those recipes to exactly the way she made them. But it will be nice to remember her as we try to do just that!
Her grandchildren were her pride and joy! She chronicled their life stories from the hours before they were born! They all have detailed journals that document all of life’s precious moments- from birth to every birthday, holidays and other special events in their lives- whether it be sporting events, dance recitals, or school functions- she was always there and always wrote it down! She captured them in both pictures and in words! They were her world and everything she did, she did it for them!
Patricia/ Wife/ Mom/ Grandma/ Aunt Pat, you will be deeply missed! You will be in everyone’s thoughts and prayers until we all meet again in Heaven! We love you! Your pain and suffering have ended! May you rest in peace!
