To the Teremy Family from the Webb Family:
We were so sorry to read about Clara's death. We remember being young children when she came to our home for the first time to assist the family with housekeeping.
She did not speak English very well but she had such a wonderful smile you could not help but be drawn to her. We remember Julius would park in front of the house to pick her up and he would wave to us- he always looked so distinguished and handsome.
She practically moved in to our home when the 2 youngest of our family were born- helping to care for all- she could accomplish more in a day that anyone we knew.
When my first child was born she was the first to offer her assistance, a hug , suggestions and just moral support.
The wonderful Christmas goodies she would bake for us were always a special treat.
She became a member of our family and we heard all about hers over the years.
She was so proud of her boys and eventually the daughters she considered her own- how special she thought you all were. We remember when her grandchildren were born and how excited she was "Chickie, Rosita" were who we remembered her speaking about and how she would tear up when she spoke of them.
How lucky you were to have her for so long- how lucky we were to have had her for the time we did.
Love,
Sherry, Sandy, Donna and Tim
