I was almost 13 years old when I first met Bette, she was so much fun to be with and would even take me to the hospital when she was on call as the x-ray technician, I even got her to take an x-ray of my head so I could see my skull, typical teenager that I was, Bette was an awesome sister (in-law), friend, confidant, mother, wife and grandmother, I will and I know all of the Jackson family will miss her smiling happy face deeply, Love you, sister Pat

Bill and Amanda: I am so sorry to see this. You folks were special to me, in the a bunch of us came to Medina in the same year, 1964 -- I in January and you and Dick in September. We and a few others were like family to me. Hugs for you as you mourn.

Bette was the most friendly, loving and thoughtful sister-in-law anyone could imagine. Her cheerful spirit brought smiles and joy to everyone she encountered. I loved her for so many things, but especially the times she cooked for me when I visited in Medina, the happy times we had at the Beach House in Erie and the condo in Fort Myers, Florida and the visits we spent on Sanibel Island. Bette was the first of the Jackson 'in-laws to be' and will be dearly missed by all the Jackson clan. We love you Bette and know that you are in a very special and peaceful place. Aunt Bette always had a smile for anyone she came in contact with. Her smile brought out the love and beauty not only in her, but in everyone around her. I love you Aunt Bette, Niece Tina
