Obituary of Elizabeth A. Jackson

Elizabeth “Bette” A. Jackson, of Rochester, Passed away on April 21, 2020 at age 78.

She was born, and raised, in Erie, PA to John and Irene Chrzanowski. Bette is survived by her beloved husband of 56 wonderful years, William. They created a life together in Medina, NY, where they raised their son, Brian Jackson and daughter, Amanda Richards. Bette was a loving grandmother to two granddaughters. She was predeceased by her son, Brian.

Elizabeth graduated from Saint Benedicts Academy and the X-Ray program at Saint Vincent Hospital, in Erie, PA. She spent over 30 years working as an X-Ray Technician, and after retirement working in flower shops. She was a caring and compassionate woman and a social butterfly who loved to shop. Her favorite place to visit was Mendon Ponds Park, where she enjoyed sitting beside her husband, watching the deer.

A private ceremony will be held at a future date.
