Robert W. D’Esopo
Bob passed away on April 23, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Saverio William D’Esopo and Lilly (Lalli) D’Esopo. He is survived by his wife Valera (Morton) (Minard) D’Esopo, step-daughters Ann (Mike) Grace and Karen (Chris) Johnson, and 5 step-grandchildren – Emily (Richard) Saldanha, Erin (Paul) Slupski, Elizabeth (Michael) Grace, Cameron Johnson, and Colin Johnson.
Bob loved his family, his good friends, his cat Tolerance, learning about history, international travel, his orchids and anything Japanese. He was a longtime participant in Osher classes for seniors.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Donations may be made to either Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (www.rit.edu/gcr/osher/donating-osher ) or to the 92nd Street Y in New York City (92y.org) – which he enjoyed as a young man.
