I am a Vincentian priest, ministering in Philadelphia. I met Joan through Peter, her firstborn. She exuded much love and interest in others. May the Risen Lord Jesus Christ bring Joan to life eternal, take mercy upon her, and bring comfort to her family. May our Blessed Mother, our spiritual mother, console the Loewenguth family.

To the Loewenguth Family, The members of Blessed Sacrament Church send their condolences. I remember Joan from her time at the Meadows, but then I lost touch. We will pray for your family as you navigate these days of grief and loss. If there comes a time that you would like to plan a funeral we would be glad to assist. Susan Howard, Pastoral Associate

Sending all of our love and prayers to the Loewenguth Family. Joan was a wonderful, kind and generous woman. She was a great friend to our Mom, Mary Jane Hastings. We have so many wonderful memories of the Very special bond she and Dick had with our parents and the Moynihan’s . May she Rest In Peace.

Patty & Dan, thank you for the kind note about mom. We were all blessed with great, and fun, parents. Our parents demonstrated so many life skills, one of them being loyalty and love of friends. Please with MaryJane a happy 100th birthday from all the Loewenguth’s. We all loved your mom and Uncle Bub’s!!
Thank you again,
Mary & Family

Aunt Joan was one of the kindest and loving people I have ever known. Her laughter and Joanisms were legendary. Our family was blessed in having her in our life. Our hearts go out to all of the family and know she and Uncle Dick are together again.
Love,
Bob, Beck and family
