To Janet & Moe, and all the family-
We are so sorry we were out of town and did not hear of Tony's passing in time to attend his services. He was a wonderful, sweet man and we know he will be missed so much. Our most sincere sympathy to all of you at this sad time. All our love, Jack and Mary Lou, Lauren, John, and Claire.

I did not ever have the privilege of meeting Tony but I have had the privilege of working with his son Tom for many years. It speaks volumes about the father to know the character, warmth, and love of the son. Tom spoke often of his beloved parents and family, and in recent years of his pride for his father. We have been inspired by Tom and Kathy's stories and of the incredible love that is shared by this family. Vi auguro la pace e di amore, di abbracci forti.
With our deepest respect. Jacqueline Rast

My final memory of Tony will be from church two weeks ago. At the Peace greeting we spoke and I noticed what a wonderful smile he had and the way his eyes also smiled. He will be missed.

Eventhough I am not a blood relation, I still called them Uncle Tony and Aunt Lucy. I remember best, how happy they were together. Now, once again, together forever.

In this time of worldly unrest our arms reach out across many miles from the Middle East to you his family there in the United States.
Our heart is to ask permission to partake of your father's memory by being among those of you who loved him. To lift your arms with praise to Anthony's maker, and to comfort you at this difficult time.
It is the legacy of the family he left behind, the quality and character of those who love our Lord Jesus Christ that is the core of the integrity this man must have left to his children.
May his memory be sweet upon this earth and may his children live eternally within the gates of heaven.

As I walked through St. Monica's with my son Max three weeks ago, I showed him the back area where I was baptised. I have photos of Tony and Lucy holding me by the font.
Tony and Lucy were good friends to my parents, and very kind and caring God-parents to me.
I miss them dearly.
